Xbox 360 Red Rings

Nothing seems to be going well for me today, it didn’t really go off to a good start when my Xbox 360 gave up while I was playing GTA 4. The screen went fuzzy, restarted, and I got the red rings and an E74 hardware issue message appear on my screen.
