Good news for PS3 and Wii owners, Rock Band 2 has been given a release date for the PS3, PS2 and Wii. For the PS3 and PS2 versions are set for release on March 27th and the Wii version on April 24th. As for the price, the PS3 version will retail for around £40, £30 for the PS2, and £40 for the Wii version. Also, EA is lowering the price of the instruments. The standalone guitar is now £40, the drums are now £50 and the whole bundle with drums, guitar and mic is now £90. And that’s not it! You can now buy the software and the instruments all in one big bundle, it will cost you £120 for…
The Rock Band 2 software has recently become available for pre-order in many retailers, including, Game, HMV, Play.com, Zavvi and Amazon.co.uk. The game is available from £38-£50 so check out each of those sites to see which one will get you the best bargain. In my opinion, this comes rather late considering there is less than 3 weeks until it’s release on November 21st, so anyone wanting to pre-order the game will have to get their skates on. Remember though, this is just the software, the instruments are not included, the release date for the instruments is still unknown, but expected to be around the beginning of December. Also, this is just for the Xbox 360 and the other platforms…

At the end of the video it states “Available 9/14″ so after changing that to the English date format, they are saying Rock Band 2 is to be released on the 14th November. Which in one way is a surprise as I expected the game to come out in March 2009, but on the other hand, not much of a surprise as Guitar Hero is releasing their new game Guitar Hero World Tour on the 11th November which features all new…
With the rather dull summer almost coming to an end, and the rather dull autumn coming up, it’s nice to have something to look forward to during autumn/winter, and there is certainly a lot to look forward to. The first game being, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, admittedly, the middle of September isn’t winter, but it’s just a starter. The second is the brilliant LEGO Batman: The Video Game. I am personally, a great fan of the Lego Xbox games, they always provide me with a laugh or too, although I don’t buy them as they can be completed within one Blockbuster rental. Next is Fable 2 followed rather close by Far Cry 2, according to the Game website, they…
