When I first heard that Harmonix were creating a new Beatles based Rock Band game, I was slightly unsure as I am not a huge fan of The Beatles. I like some of their classic songs but otherwise I’m not a big fan. Anyway, I decided to buy it simply because it’s a Rock Band game and it’s most likely got some great new features. Activision were very busy yesterday announcing lots of new details about the upcoming Guitar Hero 5 game. There has already been a great deal of news regarding the new controllers that are being released, as well as some of the awesome new features. If you’re fed up of hearing about plastic controllers for games, you may want to look away now because another addition to the plastic collection has been detailed. The upcoming Guitar Hero 5 drum kit is the latest controller to be announced  and will join the line up of games that will be coming with plastic controllers this year, which include, DJ Hero, The Beatles: Rock Band and Tony Hawks: Ride. A huge amount has been said about the upcoming The Beatles: Rock Band game, especially at E3 this year where there was a huge section of introduction and showing gameplay.
