To match the upcoming release of Kinect for the Xbox 360, Microsoft's controller-less gaming, the Xbox Live website has been given a complete face lift, bringing it into the age of Kinect.
Bungie have announced the first map pack for Halo: Reach. The Noble Map Pack will be released on November 30th with 3 brand new maps, plus some extra goodies.
Over the next 3 years, GAME Group, which owns both GAME and GameStation, plans to shut down another 85 of their stores across the UK.
When it comes to installing a game to your Xbox 360 hard drive, it's always a bit hit and miss as to whether it will actually speed up the game, or just slow it down. So with the release of Halo: Reach, is it safe to install or not?
Bungie have released a complete version of their "Deliver Hope" live-action trailer featuring epic music and intense battles. Enjoy.
A demo for the much anticipated Halo Wars game is now available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The demo is free of charge and allows you to experience the game before release and should help you to decide whether to pre-order the game or not. Halo Wars, built specially for the Xbox 360 by the makers of ‘Age of Empires’, lets you command armies of the UNSC and the Covenant in huge battles within the Halo universe which took place 20 years before the events of Halo 1. Hopefully the demo won’t take long to download, 1.4GB, then I can give it a whirl, hoping for the best considering I have already pre-ordered. Watch out on the marketplace…
As many people already know, the final sets of downloadable maps for Halo 3 are being released soon. The pack is called the Mythic Map Pack and contains 3 maps called: ‘Sandbox’, ‘Orbital’ and ‘Assembly’. Just the names alone don’t really get you excited, but here’s some quotes from Bungie about the new maps and what to expect. Sandbox “Combines large-scale vehicular combat with a limitless amount of Forge customization. Boasting a tiered, open-world layout, Halo 3 players will be able to build their own unique game experiences using the Forge map editor. Sandbox is a map unlike any Bungie has ever created.” Assembly “Set in the heart of a Covenant Scarab manufacturing facility. With two identical bases on either…

If you just can’t get enough of the New Dairy Milk Advert, which features 2 school kids doing some freaky moves with their eyebrows to music. Well, you can get the backing track to this ad. The song used is called “Don’t Stop The Rock” by Freestyle. This track is available from Amazon, or if you are an Orange customer, you can download this track onto your mobile phone for free! Awesome! Hopefully Dairy Milk won’t “remake” this one as they have done with the other ads so far, by remake I mean, change the backing music. Amazon.co.uk Widgets
