With the video game BAFTA awards only 2 days away, here are my predictions for who will walk about with an award on the 19th of March.
As you can see from my predictions, I think Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be the winner this year. Considering they broke a number of gaming records, I predict they’ll need a box to carry all their awards.
For a full list of award categories and nominees you can visit the official BAFTA website at: http://www.bafta.org/awards/video-games
If any of the Bafta results change your mind about buying a game, remember that you can get Amazon promotional codes to make those games cheaper. Also, for all your gaming accessories, you can find Currys discount codes all at VoucherCodes.co.uk.
I think uncharted will clean up this year it didn’t sell as much but it’s a much better game!!
Even I feel COD should grab all the possible awards as Modern Warfare 2 gained first-day income at $310 millions with 4.7 millions copies sold which breaks the record of Batman: The Dark Knight.
Treyarch can keep it fresh by creating new ideas and also taking some of the finer ideas from COD4. BUT MW2 just basically ignored this game and all of its pros. SERIOUSLY? Go COD5, WWII never looked so real! (P.S. I think infinity ward is afraid of gore)
I didn’t think I’d actually be a fan of games like COD Modern Warfare, but having seen the nominations earlier this year I gave it a try and actually LOVED it. Any other recommendations?
