Great new Fable 2 content

Fable 2 New ContentAs of tomorrow, January 13th, all Xbox 360 owners have the chance to get the brand new Fable 2 content. The new content features a brand spanking new island, Knothole Island, and as of January 13th, you can discover this new island, but at a cost, and that cost is 800 Microsoft Points.

Your new adventure begins when you talk to Gordon the boatman by the docks in Bowerstone Market, he will take you to the island on his submarine where you can discover new quests, new areas, new items and much more.

There are 2 versions of the expansion pack, a free one and a premium one, however, the free pack will not grant you access to the new content, you can see Gordon the boatman, but he won’t allow you to travel to the Island, however, he does give you gifts from his many adventures.

For the owners of the premium pack, you will be allowed to make your journey and benefit from the range of new shops and armour. Also, you will be able obtain some sort of shrines which will allow you to change the weather, not sure what they are about, but they sound interesting. One thing that really caught my eye was that you can now get Knights armour, which will affect your morality, but it might look good, better than the cloth stuff at the moment.

All sounds great, hopefully my Xbox Live account will be unlocked in time so I can get it tomorrow, I don’t have high hopes though.
