One of the most popular games at GamesCom this year was Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2. Gamers at the event were able to get a glimpse of the game during a demo played out during the conference. Unfortunately, the game isn’t being released until October 26th. However, there have been reports that us gamers won’t have to wait that long to fight as Starkiller once again.
Joystiq reported that there will be a demo being released to all the major consoles prior to release on October 26th. They also mentioned that the demo will be a tweaked and more polished version of the demo shown during the GamesCom event.
The demo available to gamers will put you back into the shoes of Starkiller as you fight your way out of the cloning facility, Kamino. This demo should give newcomers to the game a taste of what it’s all about and as for people who played the original game, it will give them a chance to warm their lightsabers up before the full release at the end of October.
Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2 will be available on all major consoles on October 26th. Just like the original game, it will not be available for release on the PC at the time of the other consoles.
