Sony E3 Conference

Sony have just started their E3 conference and hopefully we’ll see some awesome new releases and features just like the ones from Microsoft yesterday. The first part of their conference was slightly disappointing because all they did was talk about their sales figures and the amount of consoles they have sound in their new locations like South America. Once this was over they moved straight onto the game releases which started with Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. This game which is exclusive to the Playstation 3 was a great hit for Sony when the original game was released. This time the game looks even better and is full of all the action that we saw in the first game, this time…

E3 Xbox 360 Announced Features

Like I said in my previous post, after talking about the upcoming releases for the Xbox 360, they then moved onto talking about the new features that would be coming to the Xbox in the next few months. The first thing they talked about was mainly entertainment based. Starting off with the announcement that they will be integrating Last FM music features to the Xbox dashboard. It will allow you to browse and listen to millions of tracks on your 360, all of which will be free for Xbox Live Gold members. They then continued onto film. Currently you can download films through the xbox 360 dashboard, which takes time, or you can use a disc, which can be noisy….

E3 Game Announcements

E3 has arrived now and it’s already looking amazing. The convention has started with a conference by Microsoft which has included 10 new releases that haven’t previously been announced. The first thing was The Beatles: Rock Band which was not one of the 10 games, but they had a huge section of trailers aswell as a section from Paul McCartney and Ringo Star. The first game to be announced was Tony Hawks Ride which is a brand new skating game that gives you even more control by having a skate board controller. Similar to the Wii balance board the skateboard controller is in the shape of a skateboard with motion sensors and touch sensitive pads which registers your movements and…
