It seems that the new upcoming Batman game, Batman Arkham Asylum is going to be delayed.
The game that’s being created by Rocksteady Studios and published by Eidos Interaction and Warner Bros. Interactive was previously set for release around June 20th 2009. It was also recently announced and details released about a limited collectors edition version of the game would also be available.
However, today, the gaming magazine Game Informer announced that an anonymous source had said that Eidos were planning to delay the games release until the fourth quarter of 2009. Shortly after this news was posted on the internet, Eidos and Warner Bros. confirmed that this was in fact true and they have said that the game will now be released at the end of summer, they say that this time will be used to ensure that the game is at its highest quality for the gamers.
So although it’s a bit of a bummer that the game is going to be delayed, atleast they are making sure that the game will the best it can, also, the previous release date was the same as the upcoming Ghostbusters game so people getting both games won’t have to worry about which one to play first.
Graphics looks nice, hope its a super improvement over the old gameboy batman style
