Call Of Duty- Time To Stop?

Written by Ryanogs on 14th January, 2011

Call Of Duty is a franchise that started way back in 2003 and dived into what Medal of Honour had already been doing in simulating the infantry efforts in WW2. Since the first game we have had COD 2, 3,4 (modern warfare), world at war, modern warfare 2 and Black Ops and this is only including the main games in the franchise. My question to all is should this franchise now stop? I know I am going to get a lot of angry COD fans on me for this one but I am a fan myself and I have just had enough of playing the same game over and over again, surely there are other gamers that are not feeling…

I will confess to being very disappointed by what I was playing when it came to Halo: ODST but Reach is looking fantastic. I played the Reach Beta from the second it was released here in the UK and despite what I thought was going to be another disappointment I was amazed at what the guys at Bungie had done. This is going to be one of the biggest releases of the year if not…

Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising Game Review

I looked at Operation Flashpoint a few times before the release, but I was wary as to whether it would stand up against other FPS games. After hearing a number of people saying how good it really was, I chose to buy it. It’s obviously a big hit with gamers considering the first 2 shops I went to had sold out, been some time since that had happened. The story of the game takes place on an island just off the coast of Japan in the near future. The Russians actually own the island, however, it is contested territory between the owners and China. Sparks start to fly on the island when there is a huge oil deposit discovered and…
