Assassins Creed: Brotherhood Collectors Edition Announced

Assassins Creed has always been a Marmite sort of game, you either love it or you hate it. Some say that it is too simple and doesn’t provide gamers with enough control. However, although I hate Marmite, I do love Assassins Creed and when I heard today’s news, it made me mega excited about the release of the latest game in the franchise later this year, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood.
Assassins Creed: Brotherhood has joined the list of games that has been given the collectors edition special treatment. Set, for the same release as the standard copy of the game, the collectors edition will feature the following alongside the game:
- A Doctor Jack-in-the-box, that’s right a Jack-in-the-box! Not one you’d give to a small child mind (GameStop customers will get a Harlequin one)
- Two exclusive single player in-game maps, one of Aqueduct and the second of Trajan Market.
- Art book
- A hard copy strategy map of Rome
- A disc containing soundtracks and trailers
No prices have been released for Europe yet, however, North America can expect to pay $99 for this awesome bundle on November 16th (November 19th for European gamers). All I can say is that I’ll be watching the Game.co.uk website intently waiting for it to be added to their listings.
